I. Download the application

Depending on the device's operating system, you can download the application in one of two ways:

• For IOS operating system: download via the APP Store
• For Android operating system: download via the CH Play

II. Connect server

There are two ways to link servers:

• Option 1: Directly input the server URL link
• Option 2: Scan the QR code to link the server

• Step 1: Enter the URL link address
• Step 2: Tap "Continue"

Where to get the QR code?

• Method 1: Access the "Account Management" screen on the web to get the QR code. In case: if you don't see the QR code, it may be because your account does not have permission to use the system's mobile app.
• Method 2: Contact company admin to receive the QR code to access the system

• Step 1: Tap "Scan QR code" on the app
• Step 2: Scan the QR code
• Step 3: Tap "Continue"
