Guide to Convert a Document
The feature allows users to convert documents by marking them with watermark or metamark information into the displayed content on the document, improving the security and information management of the document, while providing important and useful information to recipients.
Steps to follow
- Step 1: Select the document to convert
- Step 2: Tap on the document to convert to open the document file
- Step 3: Tap on the additional function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
- Step 4: Tap on "Convert Document"
- Step 5: Choose where to save or share the converted document file directly to supported application platforms from the user's personal device
