Steps

  • Step 1: Select the document with the "Sign Digital" permission that needs to be signed
  • Step 2: Click on the document to open it
  • Step 3: Click on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Click "Sign Digital"
  • Step 5: Click "Confirm" to sign digital the document
  • Step 6: Draw the signature, select an existing signature image, or upload a signature image and provide a reason (if any)
  • Step 7: Click "Confirm"

  • Step 1: Select the document with the "Sign Digital" permission that needs to be signed
  • Step 2: Click on the document to open it
  • Step 3: Click on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Click "Reject"
  • Step 5: Enter the reason for rejection and click "Confirm"
  • Step 6: Enter the OTP code and click "Confirm" to reject signing the document

  • Step 2: Press and hold to select the list of documents to be processed
  • Step 3: Click on the function button with the "Sign digital" icon to open the confirmation window for signing documents
  • Step 4: Draw the signature, select an existing signature image, or upload a signature image and provide a reason (if any)
  • Step 5: Click "Confirm"
