The feature allows users to move a document to the system's recycle bin. This functionality is useful when a document is no longer needed or if it was created in error. It helps maintain document organization by eliminating unnecessary or erroneous documents from the list.

tip

• Only the creator can delete the document.
• Only documents in "New Document" status can be deleted.
• Deleted documents can be restored in the Recycle Bin screen.
