E-sign is a form of electronic signing that uses an OTP code sent via email or SMS for authentication. Users can use a self-signed certificate or insert an image or text to confirm their agreement, ensuring the integrity of the data in transactions.
Signing document
Note:
The OTP for signing documents will be sent through the OTP receiving method that the user has set up in the Account Management screen:
- Via email
- Via SMS

This feature allows users to process multiple documents at once with the "E-SIGN" permission.
Rejecting document
Note:
The OTP for rejecting the signature of a document will be sent through the OTP sending method that the user has set up in the Account Management screen:
