The feature allows users to cancel or invalidate a specific document that has been created. This function is useful in situations where a document needs to be canceled due to errors, changes in circumstances, or other reasons.
Guide to cancel a document
Only cancel documents created by yourself and in the states: "Ready", "Processing", or "Completed", and cannot restore canceled documents.
Steps to perform
- Step 1: Select the document to cancel
- Step 2: Swipe left on the selected document to open the extended features
- Step 3: Press "More"
- Step 4: Press "Cancel” and open the confirmation window to cancel the document
- Step 5: Select or enter the reason for cancellation and press "Confirm"
