eKYC Sign (Electronic Know Your Customer) is a form of electronic signature using VNPT eKYC identity service, which authenticates the signer's identity through identification documents and facial recognition directly on mobile devices. This solution ensures high accuracy and security, while helping to complete the signing process quickly and conveniently.

  • Swift version 4 or higher

1. Signing a document

Guide to Signing a document with VNPT eKYC authentication

Steps

  • Step 1: Select a document with "eKYC Sign" permission
  • Step 2: Tap on the document to open the file
  • Step 3: Tap on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Tap "eKYC Sign"
  • Step 5: Draw your signature or select an existing signature image or upload a signature image and enter the reason (if any)
  • Step 6: Tap "Confirm" to agree with the document content and legal terms
  • Step 7: Take a photo of the front side of your citizen ID card
  • Step 8: Take a photo of the back side of your citizen ID card
  • Step 9: Perform facial authentication
  • Step 10: Tap "Confirm" for the eKYC authentication result and enter the OTP code sent via email/SMS
  • Step 11: Tap "Confirm" to complete document signing

Steps

  • Step 1: Select a document with "eKYC Sign" permission
  • Step 2: Tap on the document to open the file
  • Step 3: Tap on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Tap "Reject"
  • Step 5: Enter the reason for rejection and tap "Confirm"
  • Step 6: Enter the OTP code and tap "Confirm" to reject eKYC Sign of the document
