View error details of automated signing documents

The "View error details" feature allows users to see the causes of failure for each error in the automated signing process. This feature helps users easily identify and resolve issues during the automated document signing process.

Instructions for viewing error details of a document​

  • Step 1: Open the automated signing history list and select a document that encountered an error to view its error details.

  • Step 2: After selecting the document, click on the "View details" button.

  • Step 3: An error detail window for the document will appear. Check the error description information to understand the cause and how to resolve it.
